If your items are customised we can only accept defective items as returns

Any defective item must be returned within 10 working days and then we will replace this item.

As this item is personalised and made to order it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If the item is faulty we will offer you a replacement item or refund of order (less shipping fee).

All faulty items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Items should be in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to reject goods that are not returned in accordance with the following guidelines.
